Saving files to your computer: On most of these sites, if you hold down the command (apple) key and click the link, you will hear the sound. If you hold down the option key and click the link, it will make a copy on your desktop.

In FlashKit.com, use their "download" link where you will choose among wav, mp3 and flashtrack. Here, simply clicking, for example, "wav" will launch a screen on which you can choose "save to disk." This will place a copy (probably an unzipped copy) onto your desktop.
